2023 Fall Fair BBQ

We are a registered charity, so we rely on the funding we receive through our Fall Fair. We have stayed open during these challenging times to support the most vulnerable in our community. Please support the centre and come out to spend time with your neighbours! The Oak Park Fall Fair is on Sept 9^th and includes many exhibitor activities, silent auction, entertainers, inflatables, BBQ and outdoor movie. We are at 2200 Sawgrass Drive Oakville and parking is available on the street. The family friendly events will go rain or shine ( but we may move to the next day if weather is a factor). Bring your own chairs. Also, please visit our online silent auction. See link below.

BBQ advance ticket purchases allow you to pre-order your food for pick up at your chosen time. Ticket sales will close at 7:00 PM on Friday, Sept. 8, and limited last minute food purchase options will be available during the Fair. We are grateful for the many local restaurants who are providing side dishes at the BBQ and to the Optimist Club for volunteering at the grill.

With a ticket purchase, in addition to your Beef Burger/Hot Dog/Veggie Dog/Halal Dog, you will also receive:

Choose a Coleslaw:

Sriracha Coleslaw (red cabbage, carrot, sriracha dressing (apple cider, non-GMO canola oil, cane sugar, sriracha, salt, mustard powder, paprika, spices. Not spicy). Thanks Copper Branch!

Apple Slaw (cabbage, red cabbage, carrots, mayo, green apple, mustard, vinegar, sugar, celery, salt, green onions). Thanks Stack Smmmoked!

Corn Bread. Thanks Montana's BBQ & Bar! (flour, sugar, canola oil, eggs, cornmeal, corn kernels, coconut, baking powder, butter flavouring contains: eggs, milk, wheat. May contain: soy, peanut, tree nuts, sulphites)

Caesar Salad: house made croutons, chopped bacon, shaved parmesan

Mixed Green Salad: mixed greens with green apples, toasted walnuts and goat cheese served with our house made red wine vinaigrette
