30th Annual Golf for Life



We are excited to announce that the 30th Annual Golf for Life in support of the Nanaimo & District Hospital Foundation will be held at Nanaimo Golf Club on September 22nd, 2023, returning to a traditional one-day scramble tournament format! Proudly presented by the Tom Harris Community Foundation, this event will raise funds to equip the High Acuity Unit at Nanaimo Regional General Hospital with state-of-the-art equipment. We are excited to hold this tournament at the beautiful Nanaimo Golf Club for the first time! It promises to be a great day!


Funds raised through Golf for Life will support purchasing all the state-of-the-art medical equipment required for the new High Acuity Unit at NRGH. Click here to learn more about our current campaign.


Cost: $300 per Golfer

Tickets include:

18-hole round of golf scramble format

Golf cart rental - includes two players per cart

Token for warm-up balls on the driving range

Arrival lunch + on-course snack

Dinner + Live Auction


All tickets include a $75 charitable tax receipt.

The Foundation procures vital equipment, patient comfort items and fund medical staff education to ensure healthcare professionals have the tools and resources they need to provide the best healthcare for the central Vancouver Island communities. For over 40 years, the Foundation has stewarded donations to expand services and reduce wait times for patients right here at home.
