II. METHOD

Only 1 draw where winner will receive the physical prize. The winner will be determined by a random draw utilizing the AGCO registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) Random Number Generator (RNG). The winner shall be announced to all participants via electronic notification.

III. ELIMINATION OF WINNERS

There's only one draw to be conducted, no subsequent draws after that.

IV. AGE LIMIT

Must be 18 or older to participate.

V. CONDITIONS & ELIGIBILITY

Participants must be located within the province of Ontario.

The following individuals are not eligible to participate in the raffle:

All employees of the organization associated with the management and execution of the raffle, and all of the organization's board members.

VI. ANY OTHER RESTRICTIONS TO THE WINNING PRIZE

The organization is not responsible for difficulties arising in contacting the winner due to the winner entering erroneous contact information at the time of purchase.

VII. VERIFICATION OF WINNER

The winning ticket number will be announced at the Gala on April 6, 2024, and shared on Epilepsy London & Area’s (O/A Epilepsy Southwestern Ontario) website.

If the winning ticket number is not in attendance, they may claim their prize by contacting Epilepsy London & Area (O/A Epilepsy Southwestern Ontario) at 519-433-4073 or through email at jennifer@epilespyswo.ca.

The winner must provide his/her name, address and phone number with picture identification for our report sheet.

Once the certified winner is verified, and provides identification with photo ID, they will be given the prize as outlined in this set of rules, which is an Apple MacBook Pro 14" & Apple AirPods (3rd generation). If the winner cannot provide photo ID, then the winning proceeds will be held until such identification can be provided.

VIII. CONDITIONS FOR UNCLAIMED PRIZES

The organization will make every reasonable effort to contact the winner in accordance to AGCO's rules and regulations.

The Winner have at least 6 months from the date the prize was awarded to claim the prize.

If at the end of six (6) months the prize has still not been claimed, the prize or monies equivalent to the fair market value of the prize must be donated to Epilepsy London & Area (O/A Epilepsy Southwestern Ontario)
