II. METHOD

There will be 4 draws for the 4 prizes from the same pool of tickets. The winners will be determined by a random draw utilizing an BPEB registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) Random Number Generator (RNG). The winners shall be announced to all participants via electronic notification.

III. ELIMINATION OF WINNERS

Winning entries from previous draws are not entered into future draws.

IV. AGE LIMIT

Must be 19 or older to participate.

V. CONDITIONS & ELIGIBILITY

1. This raffle is for BC residents, Entries may not be assigned, transferred, or sold either before or after the drawing. A maximum of 17,000 entries will be sold. The odds of winning will depend upon the total number of entries sold. All entries received by June 15, 2024 will be accepted into the raffle.

2. An entry purchaser does not have to be present at the drawing to be eligible to win a prize.

3. The winner will be notified via email, and the winner’s name will be announced on the BC Alpine website, www.bcalpine.com.

4. No raffle entries will be sold after June 15, 2024. Requests for entries received after June 15, 2024, will not be included in the drawing and will be returned. Entry requests will be subject to acceptance by BC Alpine.

5. The car being offered as a prize will be a Canadian specification car and will be available for pick-up at a Canadian located at Porsche Centre Vancouver location 688 Terminal Avenue, Vancouver BC, V6A 2M5 Canada. ninety (30) days after notification. The winner will be responsible for all licensing, registration, taxes, fees, duties, insurance and other costs as well as transportation to and from the dealership. BC Alpine specifically disclaims any and all express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, regarding the raffle car.

6. Unless prohibited by law, the winner may substitute a cash prize in the amount of $126,000 CAD in lieu of taking possession of the car. Any election to take the cash prize must be made within ninety (90) days after the drawing.

7. BC Alpine Employees, persons living in the same households as employees and BC Alpine Employees, immediate family members (spouses, children, siblings and parents) of employees and board members of Alpine Canada and BC Alpine are not eligible to enter or to win prizes.

8. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for BC Alpine to use the winner’s name, regional affiliation, likeness and photograph in any BC Alpine publicity worldwide in all media including the Internet without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

9. By participating in the raffle, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.

10. This raffle is sponsored by BC Alpine 403 1788 W Broadway, Vancouver,BC,V6J 1Y1. The entire net proceeds of the raffle shall be devoted exclusively to the lawful purposes of BC Alpine.

VI. ANY OTHER RESTRICTIONS TO THE WINNING PRIZE

The organization is not responsible for difficulties arising in contacting the winner due to the winner entering erroneous contact information at the time of purchase.

VII. CONDITIONS FOR UNCLAIMED PRIZES

Winners have 30 days to claim the prize. Unclaimed prizes will be donated to the foundation approved by GPEB.
