Ages & Stages Questionnaire Training: ASQ-3 & ASQ-SE 2022

Join this 4-week course to learn about the of ASQ-3 and ASQ-SE and how to use in your childcare setting.

This developmental screening tool pinpoints developmental progress in children between the ages of one month to 5 ½ years. Its success lies in its parent-centric approach and inherent ease-of-use - a combination that has made it the most widely used developmental screener across the globe.

Evidence shows that the earlier development is assessed, the greater the chance a child has to reach his or her potential.

Classes 1 and 2 will focus on ASQ-3, how to use the this developmental screening tool in your childcare setting, how to communicate results with families and other resources.

Classes 3 and 4 will focus on ASQ-SE2 - on the social emotional aspects for children, how to use this tool in your centre, interpreting results and communicating with families.

Must attend All Sessions

Professional Development Certificate will be given for 8-hours.

Must be a childcare provider in the Central Okanagan.
