The voice of ATV owners in BC, ATVBC works with government to ensure access to trails by participating in land use and environmental planning.


ATVBC also promotes education and training for ATV owners on safe operation of all terrain vehicles.


ATVBC works with other recreation groups to develop shared use trails and resolve trail conflicts.


ATVBC supports sustainable trail development and maintenance through education, training and trail grants to our affiliate clubs.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I support my club?

Absolutely, individual affiliate club links (urls) have been created so your club can earn commission. You can find all the club links by scrolling up or on the ATVBC website. When 50/50 tickets are purchased through your club's individual link, that club will receive $1.00 for every $10.00 raised.

How will ATVBC spend the money raised from the 50/50?

The net proceeds from the 50/50 draw will be used to provide grants to ATVBC affiliate clubs for trail development and maintenance projects. Proceeds will also be used to provide volunteer and director insurance to the ATVBC affiliate clubs. ATVBC will also use these funds to create, print and distribute materials that advertise and promote safe and environmentally responsible riding.

Am I able to purchase 50/50 tickets over the phone?

Tickets are available to purchase over the phone. Please call 250-613-8185. Office hours are Monday to Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm.

What is the final day for purchasing 50/50 tickets?

The final day to purchase 50/50 tickets is Monday, July 1st, 2024 at 12:00 pm PDT.

Where and when will the winning draw take place?

The winning ticket draw will take place on Monday, July 1st at 2:00 pm PDT at the 2024 ATVBC Poker Ride Event at 315 Laurie Currie Way Princeton, BC V0X 1V0.

How will the winner be notified?

Winner will take home a maximum of $10,000. The winning ticket holder will be notified by phone after the draw is completed on July 1, 2024.

What is the cost of the tickets?

Tickets can be purchased in the following packages: 3 for $5.00 / 7 for $10 / 15 for $20 / 40 for $50. Odds of winning are 1 in 15,150.

Can I purchase tickets if I am not in BC?

Purchasers must be located within the province of British Columbia at the time of purchase.

Do I have to be 19 years or older to purchase tickets?

Yes, purchasers must be 19 or older to participate.

What if I have difficulties purchasing tickets online?

Any difficulties can be directed to the 50/50 draw administrators by calling 250-613-8185 or by email admin@atvbc.ca.

Is anyone restricted from buying tickets?

The following individuals are not eligible to participate in the 50/50 draw: All employees of the organization associated with the management and execution of the 50/50 draw, and all of the organization's board members.

Raffle Rules of Play

I. TICKET DETAILS


A. Purchase Price of Ticket(s)

3 for $5.00, 15 for $20.00, 7 for $10.00, 40 for $50.00


B. Maximum tickets being made available for sale will be

50% of ticket sales.

Winner may take a maximum amount of $10,000.00

II. METHOD

Only 1 draw where winner will receive 50% of ticket sales raised during the ticket sales period. The winner will be determined by a random draw utilizing the GPEB registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) Random Number Generator (RNG). The winner shall be announced to all participants via electronic notification.


III. ELIMINATION OF WINNERS

There's only one draw to be conducted, no subsequent draws after that.


IV. AGE LIMIT

Must be 19 or older to participate.


V. CONDITIONS & ELIGIBILITY

Participants must be located within the province of British Columbia.

The following individuals are not eligible to participate in the raffle:

All employees of the organization associated with the management and execution of the raffle, and all of the organization's board members.


VI. ANY OTHER RESTRICTIONS TO THE WINNING PRIZE

The organization is not responsible for difficulties arising in contacting the winner due to the winner entering erroneous contact information at the time of purchase. If a person believes they are a winner and haven't been contacted by organization staff, please email admin@atvbc.ca or call 12506138185.

Winners are not required to be present at the draw location.


VII. CONDITIONS FOR UNCLAIMED PRIZES

Winners have 12 months to claim the prize. Unclaimed prizes will be donated to the foundation approved by GPEB.


VIII. PURCHASING TICKETS

Tickets can only be purchased online.


IX. COMPLAINTS

Any complaints can be directed to the raffle administrators by emailing: admin@atvbc.ca. Administrators will review the complaint and take action if necessary.


X. DELAY IN DRAW

Should a delay occur in the draw time on draw day, every effort will be made to make the draw as soon as possible. Should an alternate day need to be announced, after approval by BC Gaming, all ticket purchasers will be notified via email.
