Yoga in the Park with Emily Day

Emily's relationship with yoga began in 2009 as a safe space to heal from her own trauma, where her love of yoga turned into a career, as she has been teaching, guiding and sharing this practice for the last 10 years. Emily's passion for holistic healing led her to develop programming for at risk youth, which she has run for over 5 years with the Toronto District School Board. A daughter of a first responder, Emily's passion for supporting youth and her community led her to her current role as a Holistic Wellness Counsellor for an inpatient trauma centre, where her work is focused solely on first responders, military, and active forces. Emily's in-depth knowledge, skills and love for empowering folks to heal through trauma has led her to facilitating workshops for organizations like the Foster Parents Association of Canada and The Boys and Girls Club of Canada to running retreats for first responders and military personnel. Emily believes that everyone has the right to heal and empowering them to do so is what brings her the most joy. Emily's specialties include, Yoga, Meditation, Integrative Restoration, Mindfulness, Breathwork, Reiki, and Cold immersion.

Bring your yoga mat and water bottle and join us for the series or purchase a single class!

We can't wait to start practicing on Tuesday's (June 13th, 27th, July 11th, 25th, and August 8th, 22nd).

Classes are rain or shine (unless there's lightning!)
