RAFFLE RULES:

a)      Online ticket purchase only, administered by Trellis (Trellis.org);

b)     ticket purchasers must be 18 years of age or older and living in Alberta or visiting the Province at the time of purchase; the name of a minor must not be written on the ticket;

c)      minimum number of tickets equal to revenue of $10,000 must be sold before requesting a draw date extension or a cancellation of the raffle;

d)     purchase price of each ticket: 1 @ $5 (500 tkt); 3 @ $10 (1500); 10 @ $20 (2250); 30 @ $50 (3000); 100 @ $100 (3000);

e)     Draw date and location – Tuesday June 27 at 7pm at 12313 105 Ave. NW Edmonton and is open to the public;

f)       Draw will be handled by Trellis ERS and verified by a Board member of Temple Beth Ora Congregation;   

g)      winner has 7 days to claim prize;

h)     no refunds issued for tickets purchased;

i)       if more than one name is written on a winning ticket stub, that the prize will be awarded to only one of the individuals named on the ticket stub.

k)      for electronic raffles, in the event of a power failure the draw will take place 24 hours later. 

ADDITIONAL RAFFLE RULES:

a)      Time of the draw is Tuesday, June 27 @ 5pm; 

b)     the value of the prize, if sold out, is $10,000;

c)      announcing the winner will include: a phone call, email and a post on our website www.templebethora.org; 

d)     prize payment will be made by cheque;

e)     if unclaimed, Trellis ERS will randomly pick another winner; on Wednesday July 5^th;
