Who is Trellis?

Trellis is an all-in-one platform for virtual, in-person and every fundraiser in-between. Our platform is designed to support charities, organizations, and social enterprises as they create and host online fundraisers. Fundraisers can host event ticket registration, donations, silent and live auctions, raffles and eCommerce through our tools to help raise more funds for their causes and the causes they care about.

About The Role

We are looking for a Partnerships Lead to help us with our rapid growth – in the last year we’ve grown 5X! The person that will thrive in this role wakes up excited to take on new problems and is eager to challenge themselves to constantly improve. This role encompasses both creative and strategic projects that need to be done under your own management.

It is expected that whoever joins the team in this role will learn and grow as their projects expand and change.

Responsibilities include:
Planning, implementing, and executing the Trellis Partner Program (See

  • Including sourcing potential partners on LinkedIn
  • Running the partner newsletter
  • Building partner resources and website pages
  • Communicating with and building relationships with the partners
  • Working with partners to build expert written blog posts and resource guides
  • Tracking and analyzing the growth and success
  • Strategizing future growth and expanding the partner program

Running the Trellis Webinar Series

  • Including planning the upcoming webinar topics and partner speakers
  • Working with the partners to build the webinar outline
  • Running the webinar intro, Q&A, and outro
  • Building the webinar registration pages on Trellis
  • Adding the webinar recording pages to the WordPress site
  • Clipping the webinar into short clips with Milk Video

Supporting the rest of the Growth Team

  • Including reviewing ideas, emails, videos, and processes that others are taking the lead on
  • Taking on new projects that arise as Trellis grows such as new marketing campaigns for an upcoming product feature release

Necessary skills to have:

  • Ability to manage your own work and priorities
  • Ability to take lead and initiative on the implementation of your projects
  • Ability to plan for future growth, expansion, and optimization of your projects
  • Balancing relationship building conversations and efficient collaboration over zoom and email
  • Attention to how the pieces of your projects play into bigger picture strategy
  • A collaborative and growth mindset

Helpful skills to have:

  • Experience with Hubspot, WordPress, Milk Video, Zoom (meetings & webinars) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Experience finding and targeting new leads
  • Experience tracking success metrics
  • Experience creating goal driven written and video content
