Q: Why can’t I find my raffle tickets?
A: If you haven't received your raffle tickets, please check your junk or spam folder, if you still cannot find your tickets please contact raffle@trellis.org.
Rules of Play
Ticket purchasers must be 19 years of age or older and located in BC at the time of purchase. If a winning ticket bears a minor’s name, the prize will be lawfully delivered to the minor’s parent, legal guardian or trustee. Keep the ticket until a winner is confirmed. The winner must have their ticket to claim the prize. The winner is responsible for the cost of shipping/delivery, if applicable. Additional rules may apply. Be sure to check each draw's rules before purchasing tickets.
