Dr. Stephen Gray

Prior to his clinical journey, Dr. Gray performed for over 15 years as a member of CAEA, AEA, and ACTRA across North America (Stratford, Broadway tour, Degrassi), and has taught for Ryerson University, Sheridan College, George Brown College, DUBO Force (Mexico), as well as Taipei, Taiwan, the National Dance Institute (Albequerque) and Rochester School for the Arts.


A graduate of the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, Dr. Gray is also certified/trained in clinical and athletic taping, Progressive Ballet Technique, Pilates Process Teacher Training Program, Athletic Movement Assessment (Lower Limb), Thompson Technique, Functional Range Conditioning, and McMaster University’s Medical Acupuncture Program (Completion December 2020).

Dinah Hampson

Dinah completed her BA in Health Studies at Queen’s University and BSc in Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto. Her passion for Sport Physio led her to being an active member of Sport Physio Canada, completion of her Sport Physio Diploma, and is a Registered International Sports Physiotherapist. Dinah has completed her Diploma of Manual & Manipulative therapy, Pelvic Health IMS and kinesiotape certifications and is an examiner for new Sport Physio candidates.

Dinah founded Pivot Sport Medicine in 2003 and 15 years later co-founded Pivot Dancer. Years of classical ballet training brings a technical eye to her treatment of dancers and artistic athletes. Dinah has completed her certification in Progressing Ballet Technique and, with Pivot Dancer, consults with clinicians and dancers worldwide.

Dr. Joyce Fu

Dr. Joyce Fu is a multi-talented chiropractor with over 10 years

of training in dance. Through the art form of training, performing and

competing internationally and across the GTA, Joyce was able to use dance as a vehicle to understand the crucial link of the mental, physical and spiritual health that all performing artists must have. Joyce practices respect for the

physical body through proper form and training, expansion of the

spiritual being through meditation and builds stronger mental

reservoirs through her work

in grounding. Joyce believes that Dance Health is fundamental for performing artists of all kinds to continue to create beautiful work because it makes the

world a better place.
