Ticket sales open on Wednesday May 1, 2024 at 9:00am and close on Tuesday May 28th at 9:00am.

50% of ticket sales paid to winner by cheque

II. METHOD

Only 1 draw where winner will receive 50% of ticket sales raised during the ticket sales period. The winner will be determined by a random draw utilizing the AGCO registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) Random Number Generator (RNG). Halton Food for Thought will contact the winner by contact details provided at time of purchase. As stated on purchased ticket, winner must have their ticket to claim their prize. Winner name and address will be posted on raffle website.

III. ELIMINATION OF WINNERS

There's only one draw to be conducted, no subsequent draws after that.

IV. AGE LIMIT

Must be 18 or older to participate.

V. CONDITIONS & ELIGIBILITY

Participants must be located within the province of Ontario and be 18 years of age.

The following individuals are not eligible to participate in the raffle:

All employees of the organization associated with the management and execution of the raffle, and all of the organization's board members.

VI. ANY OTHER RESTRICTIONS TO THE WINNING PRIZE

The organization is not responsible for difficulties arising in contacting the winner due to the winner entering erroneous contact information at the time of purchase.

VII. CONDITIONS FOR UNCLAIMED PRIZES

The organization will make every reasonable effort to contact the winner in accordance to AGCO's rules and regulations.

Winners have at least 6 months from the date the prize was awarded to claim the prize which will be secured or placed in safekeeping. If at the end of 6 months the prize has not been claimed, the prize or monies equivalent will be donated to a beneficiary approved by the licensing authority.

VIII. PURCHASING TICKETS

Tickets can only be purchased online via Trellis. Tickets are generated via Trellis and distributed electronically to the purchaser.
