Local trainer Shana Alexander is offering Bootcamp to Benefit for Take a Hike Foundation on Sunday, November 15th at 9:00 AM PST on Zoom. All proceeds from this class will ensure every youth at Take a Hike is supported during this unprecedented school year.

Bootcamp to Benefit is an all-levels, all welcome, cardio and strength combo class. Modifications are provided so everyone leaves feeling stronger. You don't want to miss it!
