First to me: I'm a young guy from Germany who is studying in Canada for 3 month.

A few month ago, in Germany i wanted to life vegan. But then I noticed that it's very hard to find everyday something delicious to eat. At least i lived 8 weeks vegetarian. But then I came here to Kelowna and it's much harder to live vegetarian or vegan, because i miss some products from Germany.

For me my food is very important, because i do a lot of hikes and I'm very active in general. That's why I don't want to be on a "Diet" and the vegetarian/ vegan food has to give me all nutritional values i need.

Now I am figuring out wich meals works best for me and I want to share the Information to help people and make the world a better place!
