HOW DO I BID ON AN ITEM?

To bid on an item, click the “view and bid” button. If this is the first time you are bidding on an item in this auction you will be prompted to enter your email address and create a password to login to the auction. Once logged in, you can bid on as many items as you wish!

WHEN DO I PAY FOR THE ITEM I WON?

After the auction closes, everyone who participated in the auction will be notified if they won an item or not. If you won an item, when you return to the auction page you will be able to view the item(s) you won and enter your credit card information to complete payment.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE OR PICK-UP ITEMS?

Successful bidders will receive an email with instructions on how to receive the item. Items can be picked up on Monday, September 19th & Tuesday, September 20th at the Creston Valley Funeral Services between 10:00 am - 12:00 pm & 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm at the garage. If you live out of town, please contact our DFR Chair Rick Minichiello: 250-428-6689 to arrange pick-up details. 

HOW WILL I KNOW IF I'VE BEEN OUTBID?

When you are outbid on an item, you will receive an email letting you know you’ve been outbid. If you choose to enable browser notifications it will also prompt you in your browser. If you find these emails annoying, please do not unsubscribe because then you will not receive the email that tells you you have won!

HOW WILL I KNOW IF I'VE WON?

When the auction is closed, everyone will receive an email notifying them if they won an item or not.

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN THE AUCTION STARTS AND ENDS?

If you sign into the auction before it begins, you will receive an email when the auction begins and another email when the auction closes.

THERE ARE NO FEES AT CHECKOUT.

Drive Fore Rotary will cover the all fees associated with this auction...what you bid is what you will be charged.
