#EachForEqual

For the past 3 years, we've celebrated International Women's Day on March 8 by giving back. Each year, I put together a collaborative dinner with Chefs from across the country to donate 100% of proceeds (after operating costs) to Foundry Penticton/Foundry Kelowna, South Okanagan Women in Need Society and Slow Food Canada because The Paisley Notebook is my little community building project.

This dinner isn't just a dinner, it changes lives. Hosted at Liquidity Wines, the lineup includes Chefs Andrea Callan, Aman Dosanj, Dana Ewart, Christine Sandford, and Kelsey Johnson from the Okanagan and Edmonton. Each Chef will curate a dish with the #EachForEqual theme in mind, beautifully paired with the Okanagan's top winemakers and winery owners.

Unfortunately due to the number of out-of-province Chefs on this line-up, we may not be able to accommodate allergies and special dietary needs. Please email aman@paisleynotebook.com before purchasing tickets.

With just 50 or so tickets are non-refundable, but definitely transferable.

How much does The Paisley Notebook make from this event?

The Paisley Notebook does not make a single penny from this event. 100% of proceeds (after event operating costs goes to our chosen charities. Everyone working the event is a volunteer because that's how charity is supposed to be. With multiple charity partners, the event sales will be sent to my account, then funds will be distributed to the charity partners once all of the financials have been verified by a third party.

Is there parking available?

Parking is available at Liquidity Winery, but carpooling is always recommended or a safe ride home.

What time do the doors open?

Please arrive for 5:00 PM for a 5:30 PM start. The night will begin with welcome bubbles by Liquidity Wines.

Why is it a +19 event?

The dinner is a 5-course wine-paired dinner and minors are not legally able to drink. Please arrive a safe ride home.

Where are the 'Donations' going?

If you're unable to attend the dinner itself, you can still make a difference in your own little way by using the 'donation' button. Those funds will be added to our total fundraising amount and will be heading directly to the South Okanagan Women in Need Society (SOWINS) in the South Okanagan.

Why are tickets first-come-first-served?
