Info Sharing Night
Come meet Amy Wesley, our new Central Okanagan Pedagogist with the Early Childhood Pedagogy Network. Amy is new to the Kelowna region but has been an educator for more than 15 years working in Kamloops, North Vancouver and UBC Vancouver. Amy comes to her role of Pedagogist with an immense amount of excitement and passion for fostering relationship and for engaging in dialogue with educators, children and the greater community. Amy also comes to this role living with questions of what it means to encounter the Other through our current conditions and how we will find ways to live well together through a time of pandemic.
At this informative workshop, Amy will explain what the Early Years Pedagogy Network is and clarify her role as a Pedagogist in our community. You will also gain an understanding of how she can support you in your childcare environment.
Professional Development Certificate will be given for 1.5 hours.
