Our 34th Annual Gala was scheduled to be held in the spring, but with the current pandemic, ESWO took necessary precautions and postponed this fundraising event. We are now hosting our Gala VIRTUALLY to raise funds and epilepsy awareness from the comfort of our own homes!
On Friday, November 6, 2020, from 7:00 – 9:00 pm, you are invited to join us live virtually for our Annual Gala! Take this opportunity to get dressed up, order from our dinner partner, and show your support for individuals and families affected by epilepsy across our community!
The evening will be hosted by CTV News London Reporter, Nick Paparella, and will include live entertainment, online silent auction, and recognition of our H.O.P.E. award recipient: the Oke family. Our goal is to raise $35,000 to help support our Public Education Programs throughout Southwestern Ontario, and we truly need your support!
The event will LIVE stream via Zoom Webinar!
Ticket purchasers will receive an exclusive link and passcode to view our event live, which will be sent the morning of Friday November 6, 2020!

H.O.P.E. Award Recipient
Every year at our gala we present a HOPE award (Helping out People with Epilepsy) to a person, group of people, or organization who has shown great care and compassion, and made a difference in the lives of people living with epilepsy.
This year we would like to recognize the Oke family. They have poured hours into fundraising, and have raised an extraordinary amount of money in order to help us provide support and educational services to people living with epilepsy. Their annual golf tournament has raised over $57,550 to date. We are grateful for their contribution, although it is not just about the funds raised. With so many sponsors, donors and event attendees, the Oke's have helped to increase epilepsy awareness - our ultimate goal!
We have collaborated with Cravings Creative to offer charcuterie boxes for you to take home and enjoy while you tune in live. Add on a box when ordering your ticket, a portion of your dinner will come back to ESWO! Pickup location: La Casa Restaurant (117 King St. London). Pickup times to be arranged. When ordering please include allergy or food restrictions (e.g. vegetarian).
There are two sizes available for purchase, small (2-4 people) for $35 and large (4-6 people) for $50. Order deadline October 30th at 4:00 pm.
