In addition to a chance at the jackpot, you will also be supporting Community Support Connections, a charity in Waterloo Region that allows provides life-changing services to seniors and people with disabilities to which enables people to live with independence and dignity. Through your ticket purchase, you'll be helping thousands of local seniors receive essential supports - warm meal deliveries and homemaking services to transportation and gentle exercise classes.

I. TICKET DETAILS
A. Purchase price of ticket(s): 1 for $10.00, 3 for $20.00, 10 for $50.00
B. Maximum tickets made available for sale: 3522
C. Tickets are available for purchase online at (https://trellis.org/fall-5050-draw) through a portal powered by Trellis Social Enterprise Inc.
II. PRIZE DETAILS
A. This is a 50/50 draw where the prize is 50% of the value of all tickets sold.
B. The Early Bird draw will have a prize of $500.00, in Canadian Funds.
C. 2 sequential draws
D. Winning entries from previous draws will be entered into future draws.
E. Location of draw(s): 61 Woolwich Street North, Breslau, ON, N0B 1M0
F. The date(s), time(s), will be "Early Bird Draw": September 27, 2023 at 12:00 PM
"50/50 Draw": October 11, 2023 at 12:00 PM
G. The draw will be conducted by Random Number Generator and the winner shall be announced to all participants via electronic notification (email provided at time of purchase).
H. Once notified, the winner will contact Hanna Palubeski (hannap@cscmow.org) to arrange a time for prize pickup at 61 Woolwich St N, Breslau, ON. The winner will be required to provide two (2) pieces of valid photo identification at the time of pickup.
I. Prize money will be disbursed via cheque in Canadian funds.
III. RESTRICTIONS AND CONDITIONS
A. All ticket purchasers must be physically located in Ontario.
B. All ticket purchasers must be over 18 at the time of purchase.
C. All employees of Community Support Connections associated in the management and execution of the raffle, and all its board members are not permitted to purchase tickets.
D. The organization will make every reasonable effort to contact the winner in accordance to AGCO's rules and regulations.
- The organization is not responsible for difficulties arising in contacting the winner due to the winner entering erroneous contact information at the time of purchase. If a person believes they are a winner and haven't been contacted by organization staff, please email hannap@cscmow.org or call 5195036545
- Winners have 6 months from the date the prize was awarded to claim the prize. Unclaimed prizes will be donated to a foundation approved by AGCO.
