Tsawwassen Springs is delighted to announce our fifth annual Festival of Lights, sponsored and decorated by families, community groups and businesses. The sponsorship of the Christmas trees on the beautiful Tsawwassen Springs golf course will raise funds for Delta Hospital and Community Health Foundation to purchase a Resectoscope for the OR.


Our family-friendly community event is a wonderful opportunity to wander through our beautifully decorated forest of trees and spread the infectious spirit and the goodwill of the holiday season. Official Tree lighting ceremony Friday, December 1st at 6pm – fun for the whole family!

Raffle Rules of Play

I. TICKET DETAILS

Pricing: 50 for $25, 125 for $50, 300 for $100


Number of tickets available: 54,375


Draw information:

5133 Springs Boulevard, Delta BC, V4M 0A6

January 2nd 2024 at 12:00pm


Prize information:

50% of the value of raffle tickets sold, up to a maximum of $10,000.


II. METHOD

Only 1 draw where winner will receive 50% of ticket sales raised during the ticket sales period. The winner will be determined by a random draw utilizing an GPEB registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) Random Number Generator (RNG). The winner shall be announced to all participants via electronic notification.


III. ELIMINATION OF WINNERS

There's only one draw to be conducted, no subsequent draws after that.


IV. AGE LIMIT

Must be 19 or older to participate.


V. CONDITIONS & ELIGIBILITY

Participants must be located within the province of British Columbia.

The following individuals are not eligible to participate in the raffle:

All employees of the organization associated with the management and execution of the raffle, and all of the organization's board members.


VI. ANY OTHER RESTRICTIONS TO THE WINNING PRIZE

The organization is not responsible for difficulties arising in contacting the winner due to the winner entering erroneous contact information at the time of purchase. If a person believes they are a winner and haven't been contacted by organization staff, please email khara.robertson@dhchfoundation.ca or call 16049409696.

Winners are not required to be present at the draw location.


VII. CONDITIONS FOR UNCLAIMED PRIZES

Winners have 30 days to claim the prize. Unclaimed prizes will be donated to the foundation approved by GPEB.


VIII. PURCHASING TICKETS

Tickets can only be purchased online.


IX. COMPLAINTS

Any complaints can be directed to the raffle administrators by emailing: khara.robertson@dhchfoundation.ca. Administrators will review the complaint and take action if necessary.


X. DELAY IN DRAW

Should a delay occur in the draw time on draw day, every effort will be made to make the draw as soon as possible. Should an alternate day need to be announced, after approval by BC Gaming, all ticket purchasers will be notified via email.
