Forever Home is back again! Wonder'neath Art Society's 3rd Annual Art & Experience Auction is quickly becoming our most important annual fundraising event. Every dollar raised goes directly to supporting the programming and operation of Wonder'neath.
This year’s art & experience auction will take place entirely online once again!
Bidding ends on Tuesday, May 16, at 8:00 pm ADT.

Who We Are
At Wonder'neath Art Society, we are passionate about the transformative power of art for individuals and communities. As a non-profit organization, we provide affordable studio space for artists to develop and produce their work, and we offer a neighbourhood-based arts studio for the public to gather and create. Our mission is to demystify the role of artists and art in society through dialogue and experiential learning while fostering practicing artists as creative catalysts and leaders in the community. We prioritize outreach to communities facing barriers to arts access, sharing practices of excellence in the arts, and, ultimately, connecting neighbourhoods through art.

How do I bid on an item?
To bid on an item, click the “view and bid” button. If this is the first time you are bidding on an item in this auction, you will be prompted to enter your email address and credit card, and then create a password to log in to the auction. Once logged in, you can bid on as many items as you wish! Your card will only be charged when you win an auction.
When do I pay for the item I won?
After the auction closes, the winner of the auction item will be notified, and their credit card will be charged for the final amount they bid.
How will I know if I’ve been outbid?
When you are outbid on an item, you will receive an email letting you know you’ve been outbid. If you find these emails annoying, please do not unsubscribe because then you will not receive the email that tells you when you have won!
What happens if I’m outbid at the last second?
Any bid placed in the last two minutes before the auction ends triggers an overtime bidding period on that individual item. This means that this individual item will be open for an extra 2 minutes after the auction ends.
Once the auction closes, the overtime bidding countdown timer begins. Each countdown lasts for 2 minutes.
Any bids placed during these 2 minutes resets the countdown timer. Anyone can place bids during this period, even auto-bids.
This happens until no more bids are placed during a full 2-minute overtime bidding period, and the auction closes.
How will I know if I’ve won?
When the auction closes, you will receive an email indicating you have won and how to collect your winnings.
Is shipping available?
YES! If you require items to be shipped to you, this can be done at an additional cost. All shipping will be arranged with Wonder’neath after the auction closes. You can contact Morgan at morgan@wonderneath.com to get an estimate for the shipping costs.
Why is there a shipping charge at checkout on some items?
Some of the art pieces are coming from artists ourside of Halifax. When their item is sold they will ship the artwork directly to you. In these cases we have automatically added in the Shipping Fee.
What are the fees that come up at checkout?
Each transaction has an optional fee that would cover the use of this Trellis website and credit card charges. If your item is being shipped by the Artist there will also be an automatic shipping fee added.
Is all the information on this site accurate?
While all information is believed to be accurate, it is not guaranteed to be so. Please notify us if you see an error.
Why can't I find my 50/50 tickets?
If you haven't received your 50/50 tickets, please check your junk or spam folder. If you still cannot find your tickets, please get in touch with raffle@trellis.org.
When does my prized have to be collected?
Any items not picked up by August 1st, 2023, will be considered re-donated to Wonder’neath Art Society for the 2024 auction.
