Rules of play

1. Purchase Price of ticket(s)

• 3 for $10, 40 for $20 and 200 for $50

3. The date(s), time(s), and location of the draw(s) will be

• Early Bird Draw #1 May 19th 2023 at 6:00pm
• Early Bird Draw #2 June 2nd 2023 at 6:00pm
• 50/50 Draw June 12 2023 at 6:30pm
• All draws will be conducted at 706 East Main Street, Welland Ontario, L3B 3Y4

4. The draw will be conducted by Random Number Generator and the winner

shall be announced to all participants via electronic notification.

5. The Prize

• Early Bird Draw #1 retailing at $500.00
• Early Bird Draw #2 retailing at $500.00
• 50% of ticket sales and a base pay amount of $4,000.00 

6. METHOD

• 3 sequential draws where each winner will receive a physical prize. The winner will be determined by a random draw utilizing an AGCO registered Electronic Raffle Supplier Random Number Generator. The winner shall be announced to all participants via electronic notification. 

7. ELIMINATION OF WINNERS

• Winning entries from previous draws will be entered into future draws. 

8. AGE LIMIT

• Must be 18 or older to participate

9. CONDITIONS & ELIGIBILITY

• Participants must be located in the province of Ontario. The following individuals are not eligible to participate; All employees of the organization associated in the management and execution of the raffle, and all its board members.

10. ANY OTHER RESTRICTIONS TO THE WINNING PRIZE

• Organization is not responsible for difficulties arising in contacting the winner from winner entering erroneous contact information at the time of purchase. If you believe you are a winner and haven't been contacted by staff, please email the store@niagaraspca.com or 905-735-1552

11. CONDITIONS FOR UNCLAIMED PRIZES

• The organization will make every reasonable effort to contact the winner in accordance with AGCO's rules and regulations. 
• Winners have at least six (6) months from the date the prize was awarded to claim the prize. At the end of the six-month period the total amount of the prize held in trust, including interest, or the value of a merchandise prize equal to the manufacturer’s suggested retail price, must be included by the licensee in the gross proceeds of the lottery event.
