We envision a world where all women can support their families, and seniors can stay in their homes their whole lives. Hope Renovations offers a 10-week pre-apprenticeship training program for underemployed women that teaches the basics of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, finishing, and landscaping, giving them the skills to confidently enter the trades or enroll in apprenticeships and continuing trades education. ​ We also complete home repairs, modifications and renovations for older adults, so they can stay safely and comfortably in their homes as they age. These jobs provide our trainees the opportunity to apply and practice their skills in a real world setting.
