Habitat for Humanity Thousand Islands is conducting a shed raffle fundraising event in support of an upcoming build in Leeds Grenville. We are working with Habitat Greater Ottawa to build a 15-unit condo facility in the town of Kemptville. We are having a garden shed built in our parking lot at 3039 County Road 29 in Brockville, ON and erecting a sign beside it advertising the raffle with a QR code on the sign so that anyone wanting to purchase tickets can click on the QR code and be brought instantly to our web site where they can purchase the ticket. The prizes are

a) garden shed of $2600, $2964

b) BBQ donated by Canadian Superstore - $500

c) Meat voucher from the Butcher Shop in Brockvile - $120

The total is $3584

There are 1158 tickets for sale

1 for $20 or 3 for $50

The winner will be selected using RNG.

If for some reason there is a glitch and the draw does not happen on time. We will announce to all ticket holders that the draw will happen as soon as possible i.e. as soon as Trellis fixes the problem. We expect a good return however as we have maximum exposure on County Road 29 just outside of Brockville where United Way has already conducted 2 shed draws with great success.

The winner will be contacted August 2nd, 2023 by email address or telephone number and will be responsible for trailering expense of the shed outside of 40 km radius from Mallorytown, ON. Individuals restricted from playing our shed lottery include all employees and family members of Habitat for Humanity Thousand Islands as well as board members and families of board members of Habitat for Humanity
