Grippy Gaming

Have you ever been playing video games on your Xbox or PlayStation and you get really sweaty hands? Other existing controller grips exist but they look fairly uncomfortable and they don't help with sweat at all. We had that problem too so we created Grippy Gaming. Grippy Gaming is our company that creates little pouches that you put your controller into so that it absorbs sweat, cools hands, increases your grip on the controller and are comfortable. It works by having a silicon inner layer that grips to the controller nicely and than it has a cotton outer layer that absorbs sweat and lets air flow through to cool your hands down.

Fundraising Purpose

We are starting a funding page on Trellis to raise awareness of our product to people. This page will also fund our startup and help us make prototypes and than start development of our product. We hope to raise enough money so we can make this a real product.

The money you donate will be going towards funding these things. We need $200 for developing the prototypes and figuring out the design and than $400 to start production and bring it to the market. Finally the $265 will be for marketing and to raise awareness for our product.

UN Sustainable Goal #9

For one of our UN sustainable goals we have #9 which is Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure. We have this goal because our product is new. There are controller grips that exist on the market but all they do is grip to the controller and don't help with sweat at all.

UN Sustainable Goal #3

Our other UN sustainable goal is #3 and for this we will be donating 10% of our earning to the Kootenay Adaptive Sports Association (KASA) which is a non-profit organisation that creates accessible bike trails for people with physical impairments and disabilities. They operate all across BC but mostly do work in the Kootenays and the Okanagan.
