19th Annual Heart to Heart Gala
The Gala will be held on Saturday, February 24, 2024, at Deer Creek Golf & Banquet Facility. We hope you will join us for a wonderful night of food, fun and fundraising for a great cause!
Your ticket will include Hors d'oeuvres, and a 3-course gourmet meal with wine. There will be a cash bar, and the opportunity to bid on great silent
and live auction items, purchase 50/50 tickets and play other fundraising games like a balloon pull and a chance to win Leafs tickets. There will also be a live DJ with dancing after dinner!
Please purchase your ticket to join us at the event in person. No ticket necessary to
participate in our Silent Auction which you can access on this platform. This will go live February 15th at 9am.
We need your support. The ongoing pandemic has caused a significant increase in
demand for our services, and we just can't keep up! We continue to have an
unacceptable wait list of one year.
Every dollar will go towards providing therapy to the people reaching out, so that
they don't have to wait a year to begin to get help,
restore their hope, and heal.

II. METHOD
Only 1 draw where winner will receive 50% of ticket sales raised during the ticket sales period. The winner will be determined by a random draw utilizing an AGCO registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) Random Number Generator (RNG). The winner shall be announced to all participants via electronic notification.
III. ELIMINATION OF WINNERS
There's only one draw to be conducted, no subsequent draws after that.
IV. AGE LIMIT
Must be 18 or older to participate.
V. CONDITIONS & ELIGIBILITY
Participants must be located within the province of Ontario.
The following individuals are not eligible to participate in the raffle:
All employees of the organization associated with the management and execution of the raffle, and all of the organization's board members.
VI. ANY OTHER RESTRICTIONS TO THE WINNING PRIZE
The organization is not responsible for difficulties arising in contacting the winner due to the winner entering erroneous contact information at the time of purchase.

VII. CONDITIONS FOR UNCLAIMED PRIZES
The organization will make every reasonable effort to contact the winner in accordance to AGCO's rules and regulations.
Winners have at least 6 months from the date the prize was awarded to claim the prize. At the end of the six-month period the total amount of the prize held in trust, including interest, or the value of a merchandise prize equal to the manufacturer's suggested retail price, must be included by the licensee in the gross proceeds of the lottery event.
