Raffle Rules of Play

· BC Gaming License # 140418

· Tickets sold for 1 for $50 and 3 for $100.

· Participants must be 19 years of age or older. Tickets may only be sold and purchased in British Columbia.

· Final ticket sales: 1pm March 31, 2023

· Draw: 1:15pm March 31, 2023

· Winning ticket is drawn using approved Electronic Raffle Systems software.

· Odds of winning are 1 in 520 (total tickets for sale). Actual odds depend on number of tickets sold.

· Winner will be announced at 1:55pm March 31 live on stage at Illuminations Luncheon and posted at https://trellis.org/illuminations-luncheon-raffle. If winner is not in attendance at Illuminations, they will be contacted by Foundation staff by phone and email on March 31, 2023 to notify of win and arrange prize distribution.

· If a winning ticket bears a minor’s name, the prize will be lawfully delivered to the minor’s parent, legal guardian or trustee.

· Winners consent to the release of their names by the licensee.

· BC Women’s Health Foundation Board Members, staff and Illuminations Luncheon volunteers are not eligible to purchase raffle tickets.

· All members of the public are welcome to attend the draw.

· If for some reason, the draw cannot take place on the draw date listed, a substitute draw date and time will be selected. All ticket purchasers will be able to see the amended draw date and time information posted on the same website the ticket was purchased. Should a delay occur in the draw time on draw day, every effort will be made to make the draw as soon as possible. Should an alternate day need to be announced, after approval by BC Gaming, all ticket purchasers will be notified via email.

· The winner is responsible for the cost of shipping/delivery of winnings unless otherwise stated in the prize details.
