This two part workshops touches on the basic neuroscience of stress. Learn about nervous symptom responses, (fight /flight/ freeze) and what behaviors to look for. Join a supportive discussion and learn some coping strategies along the way.


Vicky Wallace

Vicky Wallace has completed her B.A. in Child and Youth Care, specializing in Mental Health, at the University of Victoria. She received my training in Play and Expressive Arts Therapy from Roehampton University in London and Play Therapy UK. Other certifications include Motivational Interviewing, Therapeutic Crisis Intervention and using Play with EMDR Therapy. Vicky is the owner and play therapist at Springfield Kids in Kelowna and she is the one of the play therapist for Playful Healing Program with Childhood Connections. Vicky is also the founder of Nourish Families Initiative through Childhood Connections.
