Doak Shirreff Lawyers LLP presents the Mamas for Mamas Black Swan “Take off your Mask-eurade ball” for Friday, October 1st at the Delta Grand by Marriott.

It’s time to party on purpose, friends and this year is blowing all past galas out of the water. Not only are we hosting an in person party for 250 people, we’re opening it up to the rest of North America to join us too!

We have Sarah Landry and Casey Clarke hosting our black tie event at the Grand Hotel by Marriott while our fabulous AV crew will be making sure everyone at home has an unbelievable experience right along with us.

We want to ensure that everyone can witness the magic of the Black Swan performance by the Canadian School of Ballet…

We want to make sure that everyone can hear the unbelievable stories of hope from our Mamas and our keynote speaker Celena Arthur…

and we want to make damn sure everyone attending in person or digitally will be the first to hear our new Mamas anthem written and performed by our very own honourary mama and Canadian country music legend, Aaron Pritchett!

The Doak Shirreff Lawyers LLP, Mamas for Mamas Black Swan gala is happening in person this year on Friday, October 1st, 2021 and YOU are invited. 

Although we wish we could have 10,000 people join us in person we are currently restricted to 250 guests (but likely going up to 400). Due to past attendees having first rights to tickets as sponsors of this event, all of our 250 in-person tickets are spoken for /sold. If you're a past gala sponsor or attendee and haven't received your invite, please email Shannon@mamasformamas.org right away. 

We hope to have some in-person tickets available but we, unfortunately, can't guarantee this given the current wave of restrictions. With that said, we always want to be as inclusive as possible... 

SO..

Everyone who purchases a $25 ticket to join us virtually will be entered in to win a door prize at our sponsor announcement/pre-event virtual release party on Sept 1st of 4 VIP in-person gala tickets and sit with Team Mamas! With special hosts Casey Clarke (CMT/New Country) and Sarah Landry (The Bird's Papaya). 

(Entry cut-off date is September 1st at 8:00 AM PST. We will be sending out instructions on how to join the virtual event at 10:00 AM PST time on Sept 1st!)

Included in this fundraiser, or as we like to call it... our party on purpose is an exclusive Black Swan opening number by The Canadian School of Ballet, a chef-inspired 4-course meal paired with beautiful wines, a fabulous online and live auction, a keynote speech you'll never forget and a performance by Aaron Pritchett of his new Mamas for Mamas song. Needless to say, in person or virtually, this is an event you simply don't want to miss. 

We are so excited to have you attend with us in person or virtually so we can come together to raise funds, raise awareness and most importantly... raise the bar on how we treat each other.
