Delta Firefighters
Healthy Snack Program
What began as a humble endeavor has now expanded to serve nearly every school and alternative program in the City of Delta, making a profound difference in the lives of over 1500 students who need it most.
Delta Firefighters are proud of the payroll contribution program whereby members voluntarily allocate a portion of wages to be used to benefit the community. This money is pooled together to fund larger, long-term improvements in healthcare, education and citizen support. The most recent initiative, the Delta Firefighters Healthy Snack Program, was established in 2020 during the trying times of the pandemic. Since its inception, this program has seen a steady increase in use beyond the financial capacity of the firefighters alone, necessitating the support of generous donors.

IV. AGE LIMIT
Must be 19 or older to participate.
V. CONDITIONS & ELIGIBILITY
Participants must be located within the province of British Columbia.
The following individuals are not eligible to participate in the raffle:
All employees of the organization associated with the management and execution of the raffle, and all of the organization's board members.
VI. ANY OTHER RESTRICTIONS TO THE WINNING PRIZE
The organization is not responsible for difficulties arising in contacting the winner due to the winner entering erroneous contact information at the time of purchase. If a person believes they are a winner and haven't been contacted by organization staff, please email mayorscharityball@deltafirefighters.com or call 16047616817.
Winners are not required to be present at the draw location.
VII. CONDITIONS FOR UNCLAIMED PRIZES
Winners have 12 months to claim the prize. Unclaimed prizes will be donated to the foundation approved by GPEB.
VIII. PURCHASING TICKETS
Tickets can only be purchased online.
IX. COMPLAINTS
Any complaints can be directed to the raffle administrators by emailing: mayorscharityball@deltafirefighters.com. Administrators will review the complaint and take action if necessary.
X. DELAY IN DRAW
Should a delay occur in the draw time on draw day, every effort will be made to make the draw as soon as possible. Should an alternate day need to be announced, after approval by BC Gaming, all ticket purchasers will be notified via email.
