UBC Medicine Spring Gala
The UBC Medicine Spring Gala is a celebration of the arts: an evening where UBC medical students from all four years come together to showcase talents outside of the medical realm while raising money for a local charity.
This year, in the face of increasing reports of unsafe housing situations during the pandemic, the Gala team has decided to raise money for Aunt Leah's Place.
For over 30 years, Aunt Leah’s Place has helped prevent children in foster care from becoming homeless, and mothers in need from losing custody of their children. They have been named one of the Top 10 Impact Charities of 2020.
