Your $75 ticket includes a full traditional German dinner, along with delicious vegetarian options, live music and dancing with the Oktoberators, the Silent and Live Auction, Costume Contest and the very popular stein holding competition! This much-loved event has been hosted since 2015, and we are so happy to be moving to Albion for a night of FUN and fundraising for our programs!

We are hosting in the brand new Albion Community Centre, a beautiful state of the art facility. This year AGAIN, purchases of admission tickets, your 50/50 tickets, donations, and bidding on the silent auction items will ALL be through this page, do make sure you bring your phone or device to the event!

I. TICKET DETAILS

50% of ticket sales. Winner may take a maximum amount of $5,000.00
Only 1 draw where winner will receive 50% of ticket sales raised during the ticket sales period. The winner will be determined by a random draw utilizing an GPEB registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) Random Number Generator (RNG). The winner shall be announced to all participants via electronic notification
III. ELIMINATION OF WINNERS
There's only one draw to be conducted
Must be 19 or older to participate
V. CONDITIONS & ELIGIBILITY
Participants must be located within the province of British Columbia.
The following individuals are not eligible to participate in the raffle:
All employees of the organization associated with the management and execution of the raffle, and all of the organization's board members.
VI. ANY OTHER RESTRICTIONS TO THE WINNING PRIZE
The organization is not responsible for difficulties arising in contacting the winner due to the winner entering erroneous contact information at the time of purchase. If a person believes they are a winner and haven't been contacted by organization staff, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 6044637722.
Winners are not required to be present at the draw location.
VII. CONDITIONS FOR UNCLAIMED PRIZE
Winners have 30 days to claim the prize. Unclaimed prizes will be donated to the foundation approved by GPEB.

Why can't I find my 50/50 tickets I purchased on-line?
Can I still purchase them at the event?
A: If you haven't received your 50/50 tickets, please check your junk or spam folder, if you still cannot find your tickets please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and YES you can still purchase 50/50 the night of the event up until draw time. Purchases can be made through your phone or device on this page, or we will have volunteers on hand to assist you.
How do I join the auction? (OPENING SOON)
You can start bidding once the auction opens on-line. We will have the items from our silent auction for display at the event, but ALL of the bidding on items is done virtually through this page!
How do I bid on an item?
To bid on an item, click the “view and bid” button. If this is the first time you are bidding on an item in this auction you will be prompted to enter your email address and create a password to login to the auction. You will also be required to add in your credit card details to place a bid. Once logged in, you can bid on as many items as you wish!
How do I bid anonymously?
Bidding anonymously is easy! Sign up or log in to create your account. Once logged in, click on your name in the top right corner. Select My Account and look for the checkbox to Bid Anonymously.
When do I pay for the item I won?
It's done automatically! When the auction closes your credit card will be charged for any won items, based on the card details you shared before you placed your first bid. You'll be notified of this charge to your account by email and text notifications.
How will I know if I’ve been outbid?
When you are outbid on an item, you will receive an email letting you know you’ve been outbid. You also have the option to enable text notifications for quick updates or browser notifications.
How will I know if I’ve won?
When the auction is closed, everyone will receive an email notifying them if they won an item or not
What are the additional fees at check-out?
These fees are charged by Trellis for the use of their fundraising platform. The fees are optional at check-out and you can choose to pass them onto the Hospice Society instead. Thanks again for the support!
