On Leadership Decision Making & Org. Resilience

On Leadership, Decision Making and Organization Resilience

In this one hour instructor led session participants will explore key concepts and techniques on:

1. Leadership – there has been much written about leadership historically and the study of leadership has taught us much over the last 5 to 10 years. We will explore some of these learnings and discern what is most critical for effectiveness and excellence in our personal and organization leadership in the current context.

2. Decision Making - On a regular basis we are all faced with a multitude of decisions to be made in both our personal and professional lives. What makes a quality decision? Which decisions are the most challenging and why are some decisions seemingly more challenging than others? How do we make the best quality decisions? These are some of the questions we will explore, including techniques for improving the quality of our decisions.

3. Building Resilience - Resilience can be defined as the ability to quickly recover from adversity or challenge. In this session we will explore what resilience looks and feels like and ways to develop and hone your organization resilience. This can affect so many areas of your organization and is a critical competency from both a personal, operational, managerial and leadership perspective.

Participants in this session will receive a comprehensive handout. Also the first 25 registrants will each receive a On Purpose TriMetrix EQ Profile Report providing feedback on Behaviour Preferences; Driving Forces (Motivators) and Emotional Acuity.
