Description

I love arbutus trees and am constantly amazed by their beauty, strength and resilience. I depict two arbutus trees leaning towards each other, entwining their branches to form a protective canopy. Sturdy trunks provide stability, and branches reach for the sky, representing the capacity to grow and thrive despite challenging conditions. Vision for a brighter future? A world where all are treated with respect and dignity and where everyone has access to food, shelter and support.

Pauline is a retired physician living in Victoria, BC. Her artwork has appeared on the cover of medical journals and in the Art Gallery of Greater Victoria, Robert Bateman Gallery, Sidney Fine Arts Show and Sooke Fine Arts Show.
