2021 Trail Alliance Silent Auction
Thank you to everyone who participated in the Shuswap Trails Fundraiser. What a resounding success due to your participation!
Welcome to the annual Shuswap Trail Alliance Party and Auction. While it's not quite the party of the year we've come to look forward to, it is going to be a month of supporting all of our trails throughout the Shuswap AND supporting our local businesses. And hey, you can party along at home on your own. Scroll down for FAQs.
Make sure you get in on the 50/50 draw. Ticket sales for the 50/50 have ended. Draw date is February 28 at 6:30pm. If you win, we will contact you and you don't need to watch or be present to win. We will post who the winner is here. Tune into our Facebook page with this link to see a live streaming of the draw!

How do I bid on an item?
To bid on an item, click the “view and bid” button. If this is the first time you are bidding on an item in this auction you will be prompted to enter your email address and create a password to login to the auction. Once logged in, you can bid on as many items as you wish!
When do I pay for the item I won?
After the auction closes, everyone who participated in the auction will be notified if they won an item or not. If you won an item, when you return to the auction page you will be able to view the item(s) you won and enter your credit card information to complete payment.
How will I know if I’ve been outbid?
When you are outbid on an item, you will receive an email letting you know you’ve been outbid. If you choose to enable browser notifications it will also prompt you in your browser. If you find these emails annoying, please don not unsubscribe because then you will not receive the email that tells you you have won!
How will I know if I’ve won?
When the auction is closed, everyone will receive an email notifying them if they won an item or not.
How will I know when the auction starts and ends?
If you sign into the auction before it begins, you will receive an email when the auction begins and another email when the auction closes.
What are the fees that come up at checkout?
Each transaction has a fee that covers use of this Trellis website and credit card charges. You can choose to pay for your fee, or uncheck the box and Shuswap Trail Alliance will cover the fee.
