Join us for the inaugural

SOS Impact Makers Gala!

Tom Jackson, renowned Canadian actor, musician, activist, and Companion of the Order of Canada, is returning to Oceanside to help SOS raise funds for vulnerable seniors.  Join friends and neighbours for a memorable evening of music, great dining, and amazing silent auction and raffle draws, all for a good cause. All proceeds will support SOS programs for seniors to overcome financial emergencies, access advocacy and maintain social connections.

I. TICKET DETAILS

Certificate for brunch with Tom and Alison Jackson, to take place on June 8 at 11 am at Cedars Restaurant, located at Tigh-Na-Mara Seaside Spa and Conference Centre.

Total Estimated Prize Value: $500.00

II. METHOD

Only 1 draw where winner will receive the Brunch with the Jacksons Certificate. The winner will be determined by a random draw utilizing the GPEB registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) Random Number Generator (RNG). The winner shall be announced to all participants via electronic notification.

III. ELIMINATION OF WINNERS

There's only one draw to be conducted, no subsequent draws after that.

IV. AGE LIMIT

Must be 19 or older to participate.

V. CONDITIONS & ELIGIBILITY

Participants must be located within the province of British Columbia.

The following individuals are not eligible to participate in the raffle:

All employees of the organization associated with the management and execution of the raffle, and all the organization's board members.

VI. ANY OTHER RESTRICTIONS TO THE WINNING PRIZE

The organization is not responsible for difficulties arising in contacting the winner due to the winner entering erroneous contact information at the time of purchase. If a person believes they are a winner and haven't been contacted by organization staff, please email communications@sosd69.com or call +12509549404.

Winners are not required to be present at the draw location.

VII. CONDITIONS FOR UNCLAIMED PRIZES

The brunch takes place the day after the SOS Impact Makers Gala. Winners will have to be present on June 8 at 11 am at Cedars Restaurant to claim their prize, or designate the prize to someone else. The organization District 69 Society of Organized Services reserves the right to substitute the equivalent cash value of the prize ($500) in the event that the prize cannot be awarded as promised.

VIII. PURCHASING TICKETS

Tickets can only be purchased online.

IX. COMPLAINTS

Any complaints can be directed to the raffle administrators by emailing: communications@sosd69.com. Administrators will review the complaint and take action if necessary.

X. DELAY IN DRAW

Should a delay occur in the draw time on draw day, every effort will be made to make the draw as soon as possible. Should the draw not be announced June 7, District 69 Society of Organized Services reserves the right to substitute the equivalent cash value of the prize ($500) in the event that the prize cannot be awarded as promised.
