Nikki Zawadzki (she/they) is a queer, white, cisgender femme that is committed to equity, diversity and inclusion. She has worked for over 26 years in a variety of community and healthcare settings. Her people are Polish and French and she lives on the shared and unceded homelands of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish), and sel̓íl̓witulh (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations.

Nikki utilizes an intersectional feminist lens in all of her work, and as a settler, she stands in solidarity with Indigenous people and is committed to unlearning and undoing the harms of colonization.

Nikki is currently the coordinator for Prism Services at Vancouver Coastal Health; an education, information and referral program focused on health, wellness and inclusion for the LGBT2QI+ communities; in addition, she works as a private Consultant/Facilitator/Project Manager. In her spare time, Nikki loves to cook, travel, and speak truth to power.
