Do you have a young person in your home who loves to draw or paint? Here’s a chance to create a design for RVH Foundation's Valentine’s Day E-card campaign! It’s easy.

Design a Valentine’s Day e-card using paint, crayons, markers or your writing utensil you prefer.
Scan or take a photo of the artwork.
Parents or guardians should complete the registration (using the 'REGISTER HERE' button at the top of the page) entering their information and upload a .pdf version of the artwork by February 2, at 4:30 p.m.
If you would like to submit the artwork as a .png or .jpg, or other file type please complete the registration form and send the file attachment via email to Ryan McLeod, Events Assistant, RVH Foundation at mcleodr@rvh.on.ca with the subject line "Valentine's Contest Submission".
The image will then be added to the voting section of the page below.
Encourage friends, family and other RVH supporters to vote by making a $5 donation to support the advancement of patient care at RVH.
The submission with the most votes will be used as an e-card for RVH Foundation's upcoming Valentine’s Day E-card campaign.

*Please note that each donation is a vote for the respective artwork and is not a purchase of a physical or digital copy of the artwork.

2022 Guidelines, Rules & Conditions

This contest is open to anyone aged 16 years and younger.
The subject (art) should be suitable for use as a Valentine's day card. ALL ARTWORK AND IMAGES WILL BE REVIEWED TO ENSURE ALIGNMENT WITH RVH'S BRAND POLICE AND VALUES.
More than one entry may be submitted. Each entry must be accompanied by a completed entry form.
Entry may be a painting, drawing, etc.
Entries will be accepted until February 2 at 4:30 p.m.
Voting will be open until February 6 at 11:59 p.m.
The winning entrant must agree to allow:

a. Their name to appear on the Valentine's Day e-card.

b. Their art will become the property of the RVH Foundation.

c. All copyright is transferred to the RVH Foundation.

d. Their original art may be displayed inside Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre (RVH).

The winning entrant will be notified by phone and/or email by Monday, February 7, 2022.

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION IS: Wednesday February 2, 2022 at 4:30 p.m.

DEADLINE FOR VOTING IS: Sunday February 6, 2022 at 11:59 p.m.
