Our Goals

Women for Mental Health is an organization created to help out local young women who live in Kelowna achieve a better mental health. We are motivated to make sure that our local women are feeling their best, and have good support strategies in place to help upkeep a positive outlook on life. Of course, we are not able to provide women with the resources and support that they need without your help. Donate below to save lives and make a positive change in your local community!
