Raffle Rules of Play

I. TICKET DETAILS

II. METHOD

Only 1 draw where winner will receive the physical prize. The winner will be determined by a random draw utilizing the GPEB registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) Random Number Generator (RNG). The winner shall be announced to all participants via electronic notification.

III. ELIMINATION OF WINNERS

There's only one draw to be conducted, no subsequent draws after that.

IV. AGE LIMIT

Must be 19 or older to participate.

V. CONDITIONS & ELIGIBILITY

Participants must be located within the province of British Columbia.

The following individuals are not eligible to participate in the raffle:

All employees of the organization associated with the management and execution of the raffle, and all of the organization's board members.

VI. ANY OTHER RESTRICTIONS TO THE WINNING PRIZE

The organization is not responsible for difficulties arising in contacting the winner due to the winner entering erroneous contact information at the time of purchase. If a person believes they are a winner and haven't been contacted by organization staff, please email marketing@habitatvictoria.com or call 12508830655.


Winners are not required to be present at the draw location.

VII. CONDITIONS FOR UNCLAIMED PRIZES

Winners have 12 months to claim the prize. Unclaimed prizes will be donated to the foundation approved by GPEB.

VIII. PURCHASING TICKETS

Tickets can only be purchased online.

IX. COMPLAINTS

Any complaints can be directed to the raffle administrators by emailing: marketing@habitatvictoria.com. Administrators will review the complaint and take action if necessary.

X. DELAY IN DRAW

Should a delay occur in the draw time on draw day, every effort will be made to make the draw as soon as possible. Should an alternate day need to be announced, after approval by BC Gaming, all ticket purchasers will be notified via email.
